Maybe your PC is just a lil dusty and dirty, an easy fix is usually to just open it up and blow some compressed air around core components, especially fans.
I feel kinda dumb for not thinking about that. I'll try that tonight. Thanks.
I'm not sure if it helped, but it's at least running 10c+ degrees cooler now.
